Service DescriptionThis quick medical service is designed for patients whose sensor has reached the end of its lifespan (10 to 14 days), and require replacement with a new device provided by our clinic.
During your visit, a nurse carefully removes the old sensor, thoroughly cleans and disinfects the skin, and checks the area for any sign of irritation. Next, a new sensor is unpacked, placed on the other arm or skin area, and activated within your app. Finally, you receive confirmation of successful activation along with instructions on the wait time required before your first accurate reading.
This service is ideal for anyone replacing a sensor at the end of its usage period or in the event of an unexpected early sensor failure. No special preparation is required for your visit.
