The package includes a clinical gynecological examination, pelvic ultrasound, colposcopy, and a Pap smear (Pap test) for detailed cervical evaluation, as well as cervical and vaginal swabs. It also features a clinical breast palpation exam and an individualized consultation with a gynecologist covering the menstrual cycle, contraceptive options, and healthy lifestyle habits.
This routine screening is recommended once a year, as well as in cases of irregular cycles, increased vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, or as a pre-conception check-up.
It is best to schedule the visit shortly after your menstrual period has ended. Please abstain from sexual intercourse, vaginal suppositories, and vaginal douching for 24 to 48 hours prior to the examination.
