Analyzing cell-free fetal DNA isolated from maternal venous blood, the test evaluates screening risks for trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), trisomy 18 (Edwards syndrome), and trisomy 13 (Patau syndrome). A detailed genetic risk report is provided. Recommended for twin or singleton pregnancies, particularly following screen-positive biochemical double tests or ultrasound soft markers. Available from the 10th week of gestation onward without special preparation.
