Analyzing cell-free fetal DNA from maternal blood, it screens for major trisomies, autosomal aneuploidies across all chromosomes (1-22), fetal sex, and microdeletions/duplications (>7Mb). Designed specifically for twin gestations where serum biochemical screens exhibit lower diagnostic accuracy. Available starting at 10 weeks of gestation with no fasting required.
